The Motorola GM350 is a basic 4 or 128 channel 25W analogue mobile radio mostly seen in VHF (136 - 174MHz) or UHF (403 - 470MHz) bands.
These will do most of the important things you'd want from an analogue radio such as CTCSS etc. If all you want is to monitor a couple of local repeaters or have a rig to perform RoIP / data / beacon duties, these will do just fine.
The main disadvantage with these is that on the 4 channel version, the only display mechanism is LED illumination for channel number, and on the 128 channel version, the display only shows channel number, so in both cases you have to remember what you programmed each channel to do.
These radios are discontinued (no longer manufactured).
