The MTM800 has a control head common to the MTM700 (looks like the GM380 but not the same), but the main radio brick works with DMO repeaters no problem (unlike the MTM700).

Large clear display but no speaker is fitted. To get audio out, you have to conect an external speaker to the rear accessory socket.
